Marian was born in 1982 in the Slovak Republic. After his studies in Slovakia & Australia, he moved to the United Kingdom and graduated at the University of Northampton. His work career started in sales with an international company – Virgin Group. While living in the UK, he has also worked for a mid-sized UK Company where he was a key member of operation processes. After living in the UK for six years, he has moved back to Slovakia and worked for an international company – SIEMENS, and established a privately-owned financial company, in which he was responsible for entire operations and sales activities.

Marian speaks fluent English, Slovak, Czech, and Hungarian. With his International experience, he joined M.B.A. EMPIRE’s UK top management team in 2013, where after a short time he has moved to INDIA and incorporated M.B.A. Consulting India and has become its shareholder & CEO. He took full responsibilities and successfully led the company to its horizon.

In 2016, Marian has also become a member of Board of Directors at FAIRDIP GROUP and taken the position of CEO of the GROUP.

In 2017, Marian has moved to Singapore, where he successfully incorporated a fund raising and investment company - R2P Invest Ltd. and shortly after successfully joined a European Investment Fund – AVANT Investinci spolecnost a.s.

Post his successful years in Asia, Marian has returned back to his home land - Europe, and in 2019 he founded – WeCare Medical Centre, in Cyprus.

He believes in: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” “I never lose. Either I win, or I learn.”

Nitin supports the ecosystem in regional and national level.

He takes his innovative skills and ideas to masses through sessions, panels, interviews, talk shows, articles, and sharing opinion in media.

He has been invited by various educational institutes, organisations, media platforms to talk about his journey and his experiences towards entrepreneurship & work-life balance. Be it Design, Startups, Community Building, Nitin has been recognised for his contribution. He nurtured, not only ideas but people; he believes value creation comes above wealth creation.

S.Raj is responsible for the administration and Complete operational requirement for AOC. Prior to joining AOC, he worked as an Office Manager with Vitkovice India Power Pvt. Ltd. Raj holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce (Hons.) from the Delhi University.
